I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the first season, but this was the first episode of the second season I have liked. The inner conflict between Blue Beetle and the Scarab is pretty good and could definitely be going somewhere worth while. And that "would you feel the need to justify an all male squad?" line strikes right at the heart of the typical male dominated nature of comics. Glad to see they're not afraid to address that head on.
