Jamie cooks beautiful sticky ribs for the Shoreditch Sisters and then smokes succulent prawns and trout in a tin bucket.
He also rustles up a breakfast for some people who stayed up overnight smoking meat for a BBQ competition, and is joined by some young pals to help make his messiest, most delicious cake ever.
