As a safety inspector, Bill is satisfied with the second staircase and the benefits that come with having an emergency exit. But Marian feels otherwise. Bothered by a bevy of closed off rooms, dueling staircases and a serious lack of privacy, the family is wondering if their renovated triplex is working.
