The people of Chester's Mills wake up to a nice normal day, like every other day in their quiet Maine town... until a giant invisible dome surrounds the town, preventing anyone from getting in or out.

pretty much seen this idea before xD Simpsons the movie ... also that one dude gone instant psychopath as soon as the dome hits

I liked it. It wasn't the stuff of legends, but it was ok.

I think the pilot was super boring. I had a hard time staying awake while watching it and dozed off a couple of times. I won't be watching this.

Haha, why would that be a drill? Just mindless copying of tropes and clichés. Pretty weak stuff overall.

Unfortunately it's got a few differences here and there compared to the book, but after watching it I'm certain it can stand on its own. Hey at least they kept the seizures plot!

Uhm.. During the first 5-10 minutes I thought 'Wow, a good one'.. then I realized, going forward, that it's not so good! Something is missing.. the reaction of citizens is unbeliveable! Unreal..
And Junior? Really? ..We want to talk about the crazy guy with the knife!? MAH. Holy s**t. What a crap.
