Last scene was probably the worst in GoT-history, Jesus Christ so cheesy. Other than that, great episode.
yeah, this is kind of the problem with having so many stories going and needing to at least touch on all of them to please everybody. they should almost be thinking about stretching out their next few season finales as 1.5 or even 2 hour episodes. it was great to see everyone, but as always when you get to so many things, feels slightly disjointed.
Also, a writer on the website Grantland brought this up a while ago and I've noticed now that it's pretty true. Tywin is most powerful sitting down, whenever you see him seated at the head of the table, you know some shit is going down and he will get his way. Sending Joffrey to bed hahaha, and also his scenes earlier on in the season with Cersei and Tyrion individually, he domineered them while seated.
Tyrion and Tywins scene as powerful as always. and i absolutely adore last one with Dany c;
jon & ygritte: the best breakup scene ever
Was Jon's 'oh Sam...' supposed to be a wink to Frodo & Sam? Almost expected them to hug. On a side note: excellent end of the season imo, getting back to most of the characters. The small council scene stood out for me, with Joffrey getting all angry! Can't wait for next season :)
Very good set up for season 4!
A bit disappointing tbh, if you think back to the previous season finales, it definitely wasn't as strong as those. Also, the Jaime scene was way too short!
Never going to be as epic as the last episode, but this was still decent - some great scenes, and storylines were being tied up for next season. The chess pieces are moving again...
Goodbye to all that was good and fair
"Bran tells a ghost story"
