A masseur by trade, Reg Mangone is the owner of House of Synergy Salon and Spa in beautiful Long Beach, California. Unlike its name, "Synergy" as a business is lacking some serious harmony. Reg has extended his business to provide a plethora of other services including teeth-whiting and "vajazzling." With an owner who’s unclear and unfocused, the staff treats Reg more like a doormat than a boss. Reg has lost control of his business and respect for himself.
