An explosion set off by the Meta gang during a Los Angelicos festival leads to plans for retaliation. Tio Gordo kills a Meta gang member and word gets back to the head of the gang, who demands that Javier kill him to not further escalate the feud. Then, Jessica discovers the identity of the woman she saw at Ryan’s home and shares the information with Carter.
