In Alliance, OH, detectives Michele Wood (Homicide Detective, Chicago), Joe Schillaci (Retired Deputy Commander, Miami), and Kevin Gannon (Retired Detective Sergeant, NYC) re-investigate the controversial murder of a young mother whose throat was slashed while her children were sleeping.
