The girls waste no time entering into a fast-paced, high-stakes poker run in Destin. They also team up with fellow animal activist Bonnie Schumaker, flying over the Gulf waters in a tiny Cessna in search of turtles, dolphins and whale sharks. Shannen and Holly learn how to make a renowned and secret Key Lime Pie recipe and the perfect Key Lime Pie Margarita. They attempt to canoe the "rough" waters of the Grayton Beach outfalls, and finally get up close and personal with some wild dolphins.
