When Carmen discovers that Nekane is gone, she breaks up with Rober, who sees his pride hurt when the news spreads like wildfire through the clinic. Luckily for the doctor, Maritxu puts himself at her disposal to conspire against that relationship and convince her son to return home. Meanwhile, a television crew comes to prepare a report on Iñaki's successful bar, but given his lack of artistry in front of the camera, the responsibility passes to Rafi. Isabel, who already sees her husband as her caretaker if the Basque returns to the north, encourages him to do so. The gang needs a fourth member to become a complete organism again. The candidate chosen to fill Iñaki's gap is none other than Sabino, who will have to pass a series of rigorous tests.
