@Keavon This is because of the timezone differences between EU and US. And you live in the EU so you see it when it airs in your timezone.
This show is getting better and better by the season :)
This says it airs on Wednesday, September 30 but it actually airs on Tuesday, September 29. This should be fixed on the site.
