Marcus Wareing, Monica Galetti and Gregg Wallace preside as six chefs battle it out for a place in the quarter-final of the cookery competition.
The first three chefs must tackle an Omelette Arnold Bennett - a Savoy Hotel classic that requires poaching fish, making a hollandaise sauce and bringing them together in a glazed omelette. The remaining chefs face a pastry challenge - making two different kinds of brandy snaps, filled with chantilly cream.
Finally, the signature dish gives the competitors a vital chance to impress the judges - before half of them are sent home.
