Carmen is very distant from Iñaki after the strong argument they had. Elena, who sees her friend sad and wants to help her, sends behind her back a request for nurses without borders. Meanwhile, Koldo has moved next door to Carmen's house. One night they organize a party, there Iñaki discovers that the nurse has made paperwork to go to Africa and he explodes. For his part, Rober is distraught because he believes he has lost his manhood, so he asks José for help to try to regain his strength.
