After a crazy night at a bachelor party, Antonio, Koldo, Iñaki, Antxón, Jozé, Rafi, Sabino and Peio wake up without remembering anything. Antonio warns that they have lost Frasquito and his main mission is to find him. Iñaki must lie to Carmen to avoid giving her more trouble. While they search for him around the city, they connect the dots that lead them to discover that the night before they kept the medallion of a brotherhood and a group of costaleros are looking for them to recover it and, in the process, kill them. One of those costaleros is waiting for a massage at the clinic for a back injury, and Jozé must hide so that she doesn't recognize him. On the other hand, Carmen is overcome when she realizes that she has been abandoning the topic of preparations and has to do them in a hurry. She gets into all kinds of trouble. Don Benjumea appears at the last minute and tells her that he knows someone who can take care of the wedding: Cristóbal. Meanwhile, Trini and Rober are vying for the position of head of the clinic after a tie vote on the board. The only way to break the tie is through employee ratings.
