As they continue to work through their ’50 Years of Marriage’ bucket list, Alfie sets up a green screen so he can take some ‘holiday’ snaps with Jade before her hospital appointment. He suggests the Nightingales and Osbornes go on a safari together, but he’s stunned when Marnie agrees and surprises them with holiday brochures!
The following day, Jade is desperately trying to stay strong after some news from the hospital. Wanting to help her sick sister, Sonia offers to take Jade to see their dad, but will the trip be everything she was expecting?
Hoping to lift Jade’s spirits and show her how much she means to him, Alfie organises a full day of surprises for his excited girlfriend, including a French picnic on The Dog jetty.
