The crew prepares Jozé for a typically Basque day as a farewell to her. Jozé, who for the first time is enjoying his stay in Euskadi, considers staying there longer, until he involuntarily sends Rosamari's patrol car to the bottom of the sea. The neighbors are admitted to the clinic for food poisoning. At the clinic, in addition to getting involved with her gossip, they discover her good life and Luci simulates symptoms of a hernia so she can stay a few more days. The nurses celebrate Trini's bachelorette party and discover that the stripper they have hired is Juan, who is trying to earn extra money. When Rafi finds out, she runs to the place where Juan has a “performance” to try to get him to leave work. But things will not turn out as he expects...
