The Rising Volt Tacklers have returned to the Galar Mine in search for the Black Rayquaza. However, as they searc, Liko & Roy are separated from Friede and they hear a mysterious cry so go further in. There, they find a group of people and Pokémon who have lost their vigor. Meanwhile, Amethio and the Explorers have also arrived at the mine and intend to get the Rayquaza. Will they be stopped?
