Zu Ulrikes 16. Geburtstag reist Oma Henriette aus Berlin an. Der alten Dame geht es aber nicht nur ums Feiern. Sie will ihre Tochter Lilo überreden, in Berlin Karriere zu machen. Specht kümmert sich derweil um das Problemkind Rosi, die Kollege Block durch die Prüfung fallen lassen will. Als Rosi tatsächlich beim Schummeln erwischt wird, muss Specht zu Direktor Hartlaub.
