A ceremony was held to appoint a new captain of the Tokyo Revengers, and the former Aimi lover, Rare Saki, was selected. Some members complain, but Mikey shuts down the dissatisfaction by explaining that Rare Saki's power is needed to collide with the emerging power, Bairyu Hara. However, Takemichi can't stand it because he knows that the swastika will get worse and the chicks and Aku will be sacrificed because of the rare bloom.
