In the first episode we meet the young ballerina Eveline Van Laecke, who auditions for the dance company of top choreographer Samuel Indria. Flash forward to 14 years later: on the evening of the premiere of his latest creation Heavy Heart, Samuel Indria is found murdered behind the theater. Eveline Van Laecke, who was found next to the body, is the main suspect in the investigation. Three years later she stands trial for the murder of her mentor and lover.
