Billy and the Aquitians say goodbye to the Kid Rangers as they jump into a time hole to begin their search for the missing sub-sections of the Zeo Crystal.
Cestro begins to weaken from lack of water, and the Aquitians communicate with local aquatic lifeforms to locate a source to replenish their comrade, whilst Lord Zedd calls in an old freind, Witchblade, to ambush Cestro whilst he is defensless, he also generates a forefeild around the Earth to prevent the Aquitians from summoning the Battle Borgs from Aquitar.
