Picard meets with his older brother in France, and contemplates resigning his Starfleet commission after his ordeal with the Borg. Worf's adoptive parents spend time with their son on the Enterprise, and succeed in embarrassing him in front of his crewmates.

Watched this episode yesterday and I remembered this as being quite boring when I first watched it when I was like 13 years old. But it's really amazing... The emotions surrounding Picard's home and Worf's parents are beautifully brought. The stuff about Wesley is a bit cheesy, but that won't ruin this superb episode.
