Peppermint Patty is sad that she has not received a gold star for any of her class assignments. Linus deals with Snoopy's constant filching of his blanket. Lucy grows tired of Schroeder ignoring her, and throws his piano into the kite-eating tree. Linus, Sally, Snoopy and Woodstock work on learning the game of football and Peppermint Patty teaches Marcie.
