It's Junior Prom time! Babs wants Buster to ask her to the prom, but he doesn't. The reason he doesn't is because he doesn't know how to dance and by watching Bugs' old cartoons, he can learn to dance. Elmyra wants Max to take her, but he constantly stands her up. Everyone who's anyone goes to the prom, except Max, who's in a conga line somewhere. Buster and Babs try to ease Elmyra's broken heart by actually bringing Max to the prom. Max turns her down in the the coldest way by saying "I DON'T LIKE YOU". Of course, Max gets what he deserves when he tries to steal Dizzy's very attractive date name Mitzi. She tells him the exact same four words and he gets crushed. Then Max and Elmyra sit together and agree to be dates. By the end of the episode, Babs wonders why Buster hasn't asked her to dance yet. It's the moment of truth for Buster now: he tries to execute Bugs' dances, but he bombs miserably. Bugs coems in and gives him a hand, and Buster turns out to be the hit of the party.
