On a mission to Mars, two astronauts witness a battle between Ultraman and the monster Gudis. During the battle one of the astronauts is killed and Gudis escapes to carry on it's mission of exterminating life on Earth. Ultraman bonds and revives the astronaut and heads to earth to put a stop to Gudis..
