Luther thinks that he and Zoe are back together now they have spent the night together. Henry Madsen, person responsible for Luther's extended leave, wakes up from his coma. After four women are killed the team struggle to find a connection between the murders. Luther works against the clock to catch the killer before he strikes again. He also tries to convince Alice that he can not see her again.
