After one of their dealers is murdered by a rival gang, Saul proposes new distribution method for Walt and Jesse's product. Under stress, Jesse tells Jane what he does. Saul puts Walt in touch with a meth distributor named Gus, who agrees to purchase Walt's product. However, Gus expresses concern about Jesse's drug problem, which has escalated into heroin use due to Jane's relapse. Walt receives a large offer for the remainder of their product on hand, but at the same time receives a call from Skyler, who is in labor.

@Frantic SHOW SPOILER I realise your question is old but if you still want an answer: I knew from the moment I saw him, we knew the guy was in business and he looked like the manager of the place. He also came by to ask if they needed anything, I figured he did that to check them out without raising suspicion. When he wasn't on board I figured this was because he didn't like Jesse. As for Walt... He knew when he looked outside while searching for the guy, the black guy met his eyes in the reflection of the window, he reconised Walt but pretended not to, that's when he knew.
SHOW SPOILER How did he know the black guy was "the kingpin" or whatever?
