Two U.S. Marshals run a special task force that uses convicted felons to catch dangerous criminals who've escaped from prison. Every time they successfully nail the fugitive(s), they get to shave one month off their own sentences.

Agree with @Valcke. There's potential in this show. Read somewhere T-Bag will appear in an episode as well.
