The "Seven Deadly Sins," a group of evil knights who conspired to overthrow the kingdom of Britannia, were said to have been eradicated by the Holy Knights, although some claim that they still live. Ten years later, the Holy Knights have staged a coup d'état and assassinated the king, becoming the new, tyrannical rulers of the kingdom. Elizabeth, the king's third daughter, sets out on a journey to find the "Seven Deadly Sins," and to enlist their help in taking back the kingdom.

@zvucnjak yeah netflix just decided to label it as 2nd season but its not actually a second season, its just an OVA bonus to kind of bridge the gap between 1st season and 2nd season. 2nd season is the one from 2018. and 3rd season is presumably coming in 2020.
The 3rd season here is just the duplicated 2nd season right now.
According to Netflix, 2nd season is something called "Signs of Holy War" and it only has 4 episodes:
1. The Dark Dream Begins
2. Our Fighting Festival
3. In Pursuit of First Love
4. The Shape of Love
