In the sci-fi FOX drama, Fringe, a self-taught genius named Peter Bishop and FBI agent Olivia Dunham team up to investigate paranormal activity. They seek help from Bishop’s father, Walter, a brilliant (but possibly insane) scientist who is being held in a mental institution. Fringe explores mysteries of the paranormal as well as the relationships between the characters, and is steeped in mythology.

I watched 4 episodes and I'm really struggling ...
wow, looks like people really loved this show. i practically trudged through (painfully i might add) the first 3 seasons. i really didn't like this show. it was just too goddamn childish and unbelievable with some really horrible science mixed up in it. if you want to do science that stupidly, do it like eureka which never took itself too seriously. don't mix serious with something as ludicrous as walter's behaviour which was just so juvenile, it irritated me how an fbi agent put up with his shit. just my 2 cents that's all. not that bad but not great.
Season 5 and its finale were the best.
