Hazumu Osaragi is a normal, albeit effeminate high school boy who is seriously injured when in an alien spaceship crash, only to be restored to health as a girl. A common theme throughout the series is the same-sex relationships that newly-female Hazumu finds herself in with two of her best female friends.

It's already a little dated, visually anyway, and the story uses a really, really lazy throw-in for getting things rolling, but the love-story is a must-watch.
Speaking of lazy thrown-in. . . .The plot is thus: A fairly feminine boy gets hit by a crashing spaceship and turns into a girl (it barely makes more sense by the end) -- then, love blooms, and so forth. It's another triangle romance, but, at least with those we get resolutions (and this one certainly has one).
Oh, and the aliens hang around and generally just say weird things cause. . .comic foils? Well, not really foils tho, just weird for the sake of weird.
