I'm looking forward to what you think about Evangelion. I find that there's no middle ground with it, people either love it or hate it. Remember to get a hold of the movie The End of Evangelion. You're going to want to watch it after you're done with the series.
@Renegade412 I remember watching the first and maybe second episode of DtB, but didn't continue for some reason. After FMA:B (which I should finish today, maybe tomorrow), I will watch Evangelion, then I'm down to watch DtB concurrent with you.
Saw you said you're gonna watch Darker Than Black next. I scrounged through my external hard drive and found I still had it, haven't seen it, so I'll probably start that around the same time as you.
Man, my internet sucks. I didn't even notice the page before me. I guess I'll just recommend anime now. Mirai Nikki and Code Geass are both up next on my list, so I commend those recommendations. I agree with Death Note, it can be one of the most intensely engaging things I've ever seen. I've heard great things about Darker than Black as well. And Paranoia Agent is an interesting, short watch. I also have to plug Kaiji, for its brilliant mind games. Also, it has nothing magical!Very rare for a good anime drama. And stay away from Umineko. Higurashi is good though.
@likwidsolutions I'm afraid I haven't seen a whole lot of sci-fi animes. Some of the Gundams are good if want to check out the classics, but the only one I've seen is SEED. Hopefully they'll know more on the subject than I do :/ The only animes I've seen that I would even remotely consider to be sci-fi would be Steins;Gate, Gurren Lagann, Gundam SEED, and S-Cry-Ed. And that one's a huge stretch. I would recommend Gurren Lagann majorly though if you like things that are good.
@likwidsolutions Dunno about Ah! My Goddess. I've seen it mentioned a couple of times but I don't know anything about it. Based off it's wiki page it doesn't seem like something I'd be interested in watching.
Have a torrent file running that has all of those animes plus a bunch of others. I'm not getting them all though, but I did check most of the ones you mentioned. I'm going to watch Evangelion next because I know I've seen it but I don't remember it. Then I will watch Darken than Black I think because it's on Netflix. Also, what about Ah! My Goddess? That is on Netflix as well.
As far as I can remember, most of the time they're previews for the next episode, though there are a few that are actually additional scenes. I can't remember which, though. You can generally tell pretty quickly whether it's a preview or there's a scene before the preview.
I think I have seen Neon Genesis Evangelion. If not, I know I've seen most of it. I think I will definitely watch that, because I'd like to be able and check it off on FM.tv plus like you said, it's supposed to be one of those classics. Every few weeks I seem to find a show I have seen but haven't checked off (which is why my time jumped up quickly in the past few weeks), I found I didn't check off Alias and two other shows that I can't recall.
Edit, also, this is off topic but I added DBGT to my watched list and apparently they are airing new episodes, do you know anything about this? I don't know if I would even really be interesting in watching considering it's been so long since I've seen Dragonball of any kind, and GT sucked to begin with.
@Renegade412 Also, got a question. Those little tidbit at the end of an episode of Brotherhood, after the credits, are they just previews for the next episodes, or are they actually original scenes? Because sometimes they don't have that voice playing over saying, "Next time on Fullmetal..." and so I'm worried I've missed stuff because I always cut it off at the credits.

Awesome, my FMA:B download will be done in 50 minutes.
Just finished #6 on my top 25

Sounds good. I still have the majority of Berserk to get through. Might try to get 4 or 5 episodes done now, actually.

@likwidsolutions Watch the credit scenes by the way. I found out like halfway through my watchthrough they can be essential.

@likwidsolutions I don't really watch anime beyond the DBZ/Sailor Moon that used to be on TV when I was a kid.

@likwidsolutions I forgot to add Code Geass and Death Note because I thought you already seen them. Watch both of those next.
@likwidsolutions Last Exile, Serial Experiments Lain, Ergo Proxy, Darker Than Black, Gungrave, TTGL, Evangelion. Paranoia Agent, BoogiePop Phantom, Planetes, Dennō Coil, Mushishi, Texhnolyze, RahXephon, Mirai Nikki, Blassreiter, Hellsing, Speed Grapher, Tiger & Bunny, Elfen Lied, FLCL, Toaru Majutsu no Index, Umineko no Naku Koro ni.
Not all of those are Sci-Fi

Oh, and I suppose Neon Genesis Evangelion is one of those that's a classic. Your mileage may vary, though.
Gungrave, Baccano!, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Higurashi no Naku Koru ni (this one's not strictly sci-fi, but it dabbles into it a bit).
