Dexter finds that in order to catch the Doomsday Killers, he must create a macabre tableau of his own; Debra's battle with LaGuerta over the case of the dead call girl boils over, and her therapist makes an unnerving suggestion.

wow travis is really good with starting firecircles. Started a huge one in a 5second timeframe. But his fire circles don't prove to be so efficient, because both victims survived :)
@kakature Worst 'Dexter' episode ever. I should specify. I really like this show. Or maybe I should write 'liked" ;)
There is one more episode. Maybe finale will deserve to 1 star ;P
But seriously, it's a shame what happend this year to this show. "Those Kind of Things" got 5 stars from me. It has become awful surprisingly fast.
@curve while I do agree with you for a big part, I don't understand why you mention Dexter's fuck-ups. I actually look forward to scenes where he has to do crazy things trying to get the police of his back. He's only human as well. You seem to have portrait him as some bad ass master mind serial killer that never leaves any clues behind; someone who would have gone to the hospital after inhaling poisonous gas knowing he couldn't kill Travis first because the possibility of fainting has substantially increased.
No, he has a dark passenger. He already has a big urge to put Travis on his kill table, an urge that has only increased by all his previous failures; i do think it's obvious that Dexter doesn't like to fuck up by now.
The Debra thing is just weird. It's not weird in particular, it's just moronic that a therapist kind of suggested Debora that she shouldn't feel embarrassed about it. Then again, these sessions usually take at least half an hour, not minutes, we don't know if she actually did give clear indication to a weird attraction to her brother in law so I can't blame the therapist here. Then again evil bitch Leguerta might have something to do with the therapist (I don't think Debra's job position is very safe if it comes to light that she's doing stuff to Dexter).
Now I did hate the Quinn scene, that was a complete joke.
Hahahaha Quin "fireman" shitcop :')
What a joke this has become, embarrassing.
By the way @furbul, worst episode ever and still 2 stars? :p
Worst episode ever!
What the fuck was that?!
Bullshit after bullshit.
An the Dex/Deb thing was the shittiest idea they could come up to.
2/5
LMFAO how the F can you think this is good? I do have to agree. It can't get worse as 6x10 (read my post in there, because for one time only I actually explained myself).
- Travis doesn't shoot Baptista, but runs to window, runs back, makes a fire and gets out -_-'.
- Quin "fireman" shitcop should be a fireman, because nobody could stop a big ass fire with a small blanket <5 sec without any injury.
- The dream of Debra...no just no.
- And the biggest fuck up...Dexter videomessages to Travis, because he loves to leave evidence!
- Circle of fire with boat was also lolbad.
I liked it too, except for the Dexter-Debra Thing. That was kinda weird.
Otherwise, I liked this episode and the preview for the next one was pretty awesome.
Pretty good episode :)
This was actually the 1st episode of the season which I really liked.
Just embarassing.
That was very disturbing with the whole Debra/Dexter situation. Mediocre episode.
I just figured out this season is too fragmentary. Pieces of the episodes are great, as shown in the previews (end of ep) and reviews (beginning). On itself they are great, but as a whole it just isn’t as catchy as previous season. Storylines don’t seem to be matching each other and I think that is why this season isn't as good as before.
The ending words of Dexter were great though, it really matches up the previous doubts he had about himself and his Dark Passenger. Too bad the scene itself wasn’t as good.
"de pot is bij deze aflevering voor mij overgekookt" as they say in dutch, series matches new lows
