Interesting change in the dynamic of the show... I like the whole "crazy Rick" thing, cause he's been carrying the group for so long, but, I don't know how I feel about how the way the show handles it.

last scene was so random. please just stop that... weak episode.
I thought the ending was great. Rick developed post-traumatic stress disorder after the death of his wife and the ongoing pressure of his selfappointed leadership wreaking havoc on his state of mind. Losing it at certain points and having hallucinations are a logic part of this.
He is facing a certain attack by the governor, lost an important asset like Daryl and has to deal with newcomers wanting to be part of the group he already fears he might no longer can manage. The scene with the baby and him visioning Lori watching from above are also key here.
when people say an episode is mediocre it probably means it's utter crap on my scale of shitness. Will watch tomorrow
