I really like the show but it's kind of annoying that they don't have the guts to kill off regular characters. I'm not familiar with the comics so maybe they're the reason no one's getting killed. For me the show sometimes feels a bit less tense, because you know every important character is gonna survive. Maybe I just watch too much Game Of Thrones :p
Kinda pissed about Oliver's decision to share his secret with this particular person, but overall this is my favorite episode so far.
I thought this episode was great. The theory behind the blood transfusion probably has something to do with two body's being able to negate the poison, because it's only strong enough for one body. Also, I think it's possible to do a blood circulation (it's more a shared circulation than a transfusion) like that, simply put one end in a artery and the other in a vein. Seems logical to me. But then again, I know very little about medicine. Also, telling Tommy seemed like the only thing to do right there. Or letting his dad die.
Great episode.
For me the part you're all complaining about, was the part I liked the most... It also makes perfect sense, if you know the role the other one plays in the GA universe.
btw: How do i do spoilers here?
I liked '-'
@Labyras well it's the same scene really, that whole scene just ruined this episode and made it from a meh/okayish episode to the worst yet... SHOW SPOILER I mean, you can totally keep someone from dieing from a poison by adding extra blood right? Also, you can totally do a blood transfusion just by sticking needles in 2 people and just letting it transfuse :') Meh, so forced
@Sietse SHOW SPOILER You complain about that, and not the blood transfusion?
@Frantic Yeah, it really makes thie show less and less believable
@Sietse my thoughts exactly when he did it, lol
Very stunning episode!
