I totally love how the whole Jaime/Brienne thing turned out.
Haters gonna hate, this episode was great!
@bassie82 It could be THE most important storyline in the entire GoT universe, it doesn't make the Theon stuff any better for television. everything else is good, because we already have a foundation for where it came from. We were just thrown into this Theon being captured and tortured stuff with zero knowledge previously, and nothing being explained during. I don't doubt it's importance, it's just not great for television...
if noone kills anyone it's still not enough of a reason to call this a filler episode. come on. it's all about plot!
@curve Agreed!
when you read the books then you would see than nothing shown in the episode is a filler.
Theon storyline is important later on in the series. How Danarys responds to slavery is important. How Tywin towered over Joffrey is important. It's typical GRRM and appartently very hard to put forward in a tv-series. Jon's relationship with Ygritte is a lot more important in the books and they are 'catching up' now.
I guess Jaime just couldn't bear letting Brienne die.
You've got to hand that to him.

Argh. Cut this Theon bullshit! Really. Although I really like Iwan Rheon, this plotline is SO unnecessary! There are so many good things from the book that can use some screentime and they're bullshitting me with Theon, for fuck's sake.
Anyway... it's always a good episode when it's a Jaime's episode.
wth atleast I'm not the only one that didn't have the "filler" feeling. I really really really liked this episode and they covered every storyline with a nice scene. Maybe that's the reason we I can thoroughly enjoy shows like boardwalk empire aswell. Not everything has to be non stop action.
well i liked this ¿filler? a lot :$
