@ArthasSama Ididn't say you have to watch it ;)
@Kayara I tried to watch the show and I only made it through the first 5 episodes. I lost all interest in that point.
@ArthasSama Chuck was dramedy and totally different (although they are similar ideas). Intelligence is action/drama. Chuck didn't choose to get the intersect. He couldn't control it all the time > emotions. He didn't know everything, only secrets that where "in" the intersect. There wasn't a chip or something "touchable" like here in his brain, only memorys which he "remembered" when he flashed. He had no connection to www, satellites and so on. He couldn't think "I need this information now" and it came, instead he flashed. So he needed a input from "ourside". A spoken word, a name, a picture or so.
As far as I understand Gabriel want to have this memory chip in his brain. There was an surgery. He is like a walking Laptop and the are no secrets on this chip. Only the software which makes it possible for him to connect with the www, satellites, apps and so on
I watched the pilot yesterday because I was curious about it especially because it has similar ideas like Chuck (which I totally love and is one of my four favourite shows) and I wasn't disappointed. More the opposite. I really like the pilot. It is something new and different. And I'm looking forward for the next episodes.
Mhm........
Chuck was better.
Heavy "Lost" reference when Josh called that Doctor "Doc" ahah. Damn, I miss Lost. :(
Anyway, I liked it.
I like Josh as an actor, he's funny and stuff.
But the writing is done pretty poorly. A lot of it doesn't make sense.
I'll give it one or two more episodes a try, but i'll probably drop this show.
