@Sandrosaurus Kid Aang or adult Aang? If kid Aang, then I guess it's logical, because Aang was hiding, constantly on the move, and only had one goal: master the elements and the Avatar state to defeat Ozai. Korra, on the other hand, is a realized and well-known Avatar who's in contact with the leaders of Republic City and Tribes and as an almost adult she's being taken seriously and given more power, with which comes more responsibility. ATLA was about becoming the Avatar, LoK is about becoming a responsible Avatar.
If you're talking about adult Aang, I see no problem with that either, Aang probably spent most of his life rebuilding and uniting the world, Korra is now trying to keep it together, which might be even more difficult. And perhaps the creators decided to give us Korra's story instead of adult Aang's story because her journey was just more interesting. Besides, Aang's statue in Republic City hints at the fact that his biggest achievement happened during his childhood (his statue depicts him as a child), his further life was surely important but we got to see the most interesting part in ATLA.
Better than the first two episodes, but the ending was a little rushed. I'm I the only one who thinks that the problems that Korra has are more difficult to solve than the problems that Aang had?
Excellent episode, much better than last week's double premiere. And I love the split between Korra and Tenzin/Kya/Bumi, feels like good old Last Airbender with Aang's and Zuko's storylines happening simultaneously.
