I agree with Bellarosemand - they cheapened the story and made it frivolous. It felt very repetitive and slow, and it was barely about the crime spree that goes hand in hand with the names Bonnie and Clyde.
I also felt like Clyde's visions were completely unnecessary, as were the amount of sex scenes. And all of the characters just seemed really bland, like they're just THERE.
I adore Holiday Grainger, but overall, this was really disappointing.
I swear I couldn't stop the eye-rolling during the entire episode. How could they turn such a nice story into an hour and so of literally nothing?
I thought the sexual scenes were really unnecessary and uncalled for; the visions Clyde had, for god's sake. It was all just twisted, glamorized and nothing like the true story.
I was expecting a lot more, not some 2013 version changing the facts about the most fascinating couple in history.
