Tarek and Christina find a clean house in good shape that is aggressively priced in comparison to comparable properties in the area. But the reality of a dream listing doesn't always live up to the hype so they head over to check out the house. It appears as good as advertised and Tarek and Christina quickly make an offer to snatch up this fast and simple cosmetic flip. But when they return as excited new owners a few days later, they are floored by what they discover.
