Ross's student girlfriend prepares to head to Miami for Spring Break and Ross tries to contain his paranoia over what she might get up to. Meanwhile, Rachel looks for a date to attend a Ralph Lauren ball, which sparks a competition of who finds the best date between Phoebe and Chandler and Monica.
