Rachel loses her job at Ralph Lauren when her boss catches her interviewing for a position at Gucci; she then gets a job offer in Paris. Newly married Phoebe tries to change her name to Phoebe Buffay-Hannigan, but learning she can change her name to whatever she wants, she changes it to Princess Consuela Bananahammock, but insists her friends call her Valerie. Mike also states he will change his name to Crap Bag, as a way of making Princess Consuela change her mind. Meanwhile, Monica and Chandler plead with Joey to see their new prospective house, and he meets an eight-year-old girl (Dakota Fanning) who makes him realize he needs to let them go.
