Runtleigh has a painful, prolapsed eyeball, which is bulging, and the team rush her straight into surgery. Rohin meets Juliet — but it's no romantic tale. The young heifer has a large, unpleasant tumour like nothing he's never seen before. He needs to remove it and send it to the lab to find out if it's malignant. Meanwhile, Peter has a more pleasant cow conundrum — working out how many cows are pregnant thanks to big bull Cyril. And he shows graduate vet Hannah the ropes. Julian tries to conquer his fears when nurse Natalie brings in some of her exotic pets. Unlike his colleagues, he isn't keen on getting close to the snakes or the tarantula.
