Popeye goes with Olive to a carnival, and Popeye competes with Bluto in different games. Popeye wins, and dances with Betty Boop onstage to celebrate. Bluto then kidnaps Olive and ties her to some railroad tracks. Popeye arrives, fights Bluto and then defeats him after eating some spinich.
