Popeye sings an extended version of the Popeye theme song on his way to see Olive. They go to the rodeo, where Bluto is the featured performing rodeo star. Olive is impressed, so Popeye has to outdo him, to win back Olive's attention. While Popeye is fighting a bull, Bluto goes after Olive, chasing her out of the stadium, followed by Popeye and the bull. Popeye eats his spinach and takes care of everything with Bluto.
