A millionaire's urn to be auctioned to provide funds for a boys' home for the poor of Naples is stolen and Pietro, a former juvenile delinquent, is suspected of the crime and runs away to Poccari who believes the boy to be innocent of the crime and sets out to find the real thief with the help of the urchins of Naples.
