After throwing a birthday party for her alligator Gummy, Pinkie decides to throw a day-after party to celebrate. She finds that her friends all seem to be busy. Pinkie starts to follow her friends, finding them acting strange, and decides that they may not consider her a friend anymore, causing her to become depressed. She is unaware that her friends are avoiding her only to prepare for a surprise party for Pinkie's birthday that day. When Rainbow Dash goes to retrieve Pinkie, she finds that Pinkie has thrown her own party using inanimate objects. Rainbow Dash eventually is able to drag Pinkie to her suprise party; Pinkie is elated quickly, realizing she forgot her own birthday, and joins in the birthday celebration.
