One day after a school prank with his best friend Alex that ends up badly, Paul Reynolds finds himself transported to a parallel world. He finds himself trapped in the land of the Spellbinders where he meets a grudging village girl named Riana in order to help him. They must work together and defeat the power hungry Ashka to stay alive.
