In The Flesh is a drama series broadcast on BBC Three and tells the story of zombie teenager Kieren Walker (Luke Newberry) and his reintegration back into both the local community and his family.
Following his death four years ago, Kieren's friends and family believed that they’d never see him again. After his funeral though, thousands of people who have passed away came back to life as zombies. Following months of re-habilitation and medication, they are gradually allowed to return to their homes.

Can't believe this show got cancelled :'(
It's a genuinely good show. It's going to be missed.
There's a petition for a 3rd season! This one is for Netflix https://www.change.org/p/netflix-netflix-give-in-the-flesh-a-new-home and this one is for Amazon https://www.change.org/p/amazon-amazon-give-in-the-flesh-a-new-home
I'm going to miss this show. I can't believe it was cancelled, so much potential! :(
@VKristien i can't believe it, i just wanna cry
Nooo :( It got cancelled!
I loved the second season so much! Hope it gets a third season!
I really, really like this show, it's so good!
Season 2 is absolutely amazing!
It gets even better. Amazing second season.
Great show.
The premise is indeed original but I found it to be lacking otherwise, the series felt like a student project in every way. The illogical implications of PDS sufferers' physiology didn't help much either. I'm still interested in season 2 though.
@lizzymaxia, thank you for sharing! That's great! :D
Renewed for second series, I'm super happy about this! :))) http://www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/latestnews/2013/in-the-flesh-commission.ht ml
I still have one episode left, but yeah, it's a good show! Really hope this gets another season, because 3 episodes is not a lot ;)
This was good. Original input of a zombie series and a great story. Too bad it's only 3 episodes.
It turns out that this show is really beautiful. I was enjoying it. It's a shame that the chances of renewal are minimum.
