Halo: The Television Series is a live-action television adaptation of the long-time Xbox-exclusive multi-billion dollar fisr-person shooter science fiction video game franchise of the same name, which centers on an interstellar war between humanity and a theocratic alliance of aliens known as the Covenant.
Microsoft's Xbox Entertainment Studios will be partnering with Hollywood director Steven Spielberg to recreate the popular video game into a television series.
